MY SO-CALLED SURPRISED BIRTHDAY PRESENT

Today is my 25th birthday! Wowwww..... it seems like yesterday I was celebrating my 21st birthday with some of my close friends in UIA. Dah tua dah rasanya. I don't think it really necessary to celebrate it anymore... birthday party are only for kids. It is enough for me if my family and friends remember my birthday.

But something funny happened as a supposed suprised birthday present for me suddenly became not surprising anymore. And thanks to my mom (who sometimes are quite blur but unfortunately choose to be blur on a wrong day!) for spoiling the surprise. My sister get me the latest harry potter book and wanted it to be a suprise. She planned of putting the wrapped book beside when I was asleep and I'm sure to be suprise when finding it beside me on the morning of my birthday. She showed the book and told my mom about it on Thursday night and ask her to keep it a secret (but unfortunately my mom was not paying so much attention to what she was saying). In fact, she took all the trouble to transfer the book to her bag and putting all her own books in the plastic bag so I cannot see the thing. But the next morning (Friday) my mom happily ask me whether I know about the book. My brother who happened to hear her really freaked out... he was saying "Apsal mak cakap? Kan kak ngah kata tu utk kaklong... jgn bagitau kaklong sebab buku tu surprise untuk dia....!" My mom was like... "Laaaa kenapa tak cakap terang2. Mak ingatkan kakngah kau taknak kaklong tau sebab dia nak baca habis dulu."

Actually I was happy to know that she got me the book but the fact that it was supposed to be a surprise but now has been ruined makes me feel like turning back the time before my mom blabbed the thing out to me. But the damage has been done... its not that I'm not happy but I'll be happier if the surprise menjadi.

Anyway... I was touched by the fact that my 'don't-care-about-anything' sister actually take all the trouble to get me the book. I know the book is not cheap... she told me the price once. If you know my sister you would not believe that she actually care to buy me the expensive book for my birthday.

So sistah.... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIFT.

REUNION

I use to watch in television series macamana majlis reunion sekolah di negara barat. Last Sunday I went to my primary school reunion. And for the first time ever I felt lost among the people that I actually knew... maybe not to well but at least the faces are familiar. And suddenly I felt that I kinda have some difficulty to be in the crowd. Maybe its because I arrive later than everyone else.

But whether I enjoyed being there... I cannot say... sebahagiannya rasa cam seronok gak jumpa kwn2 lama. Kalau tak buat reunion ni tak tau bila agaknya dapat jumpa. Tapi there was some part of me yang rasa I should not be there... why??? Saya pun tak tahu. Actually, I have very little memory of my school time. Tapi ada seorang yang masih rapat ngan saya sampai sekarang... (mungkin sebab kami sama sekolah sampai sekolah menengah)... Norilyana. And she changed a lot from the person I knew masa sekolah rendah.

Memang banyak perubahan dalam masa 12 tahun. How much I change? I don't really know. Tapi saya tak rasa yang saya banyak berubah. Physically tak berubah sangatlah... (in fact few of my old friends admit the fact that physicallyI don't change much... still maintain....). Perangai... kena tanya pada orang2 disekeliling. Tapi rasanya suara dah semakin kuat dari dulu. Masa sekolah susah betul nak keluar suara.... tapi sekarang rasanya even in my office pun suara saya antara yang terkuat.

Whatever it is I hope that whatever changes we had in life... it is for the good. And I hope that tomorrow will be better than today and yesterday.

Why does my eyes feeling soooo sleepy???

My eyes are feeling sooooo sleepy... sebenarnya penyakit asyik mengantuk ni datang sejak balik umah naik bas dari ofis. Last few months, most of the times I took a taxi from my office to shah alam.... but since the the tambang has already increased, terpaksalah naik bas. Anyways it good also sebab I saved a lot of money and can use it for other things (but that 'other things' biasanya adalah membelanja adik2 makan and other entertainment....isk...isk!).

Actually I thought of getting a new purse. The old one was soooooo "buruk"and I'm quite embarrased to open up my purse in front of people. Nak kelurakn duit bayar barang pun terpaksa cover2 takut orang nampak kedaan di dalamnya yang amatlah menyedihkan. Kawan-kawan ofis semua dah sound banyak kali suruh beli purse baru tapi setakat ni tak jumpa yang sesuai dgn jiwa. I really want a purse with less pockets as I don't have so many cards to put in it. The only card I have is my ATM cards (masih mengelakkan diri dari apply credit card sebab tak nak syok sangat berhutang lepas tu terseksa di hujung bulan).

Sebenarnya dah tak tahu nak tulis apa sebab mata terlampau mengantuk. Nak tengok akademi fantasia tapi ayahku tengah tengok cerita lain.... arghhh!

Untalented me

I always consider myself to be very untalented in a lot of things especially in writing. That's why it took quite a while for me to start writing in my own blog. And if you find yourself getting bored or half a sleep while reading my blog, believe me... i understand WHY!!!

Anyways, baru tadi I get back from a friend's wedding. Meriah jugak... even liza othman was there. (For those who does not know who the hell is liza othman... buat2 kenal jelah because I don't have time to introduce her to you guys!). Tetiba dalam hati berkata, he was better than the previous one eventhough I hardly know the guy. But sometimes we tend to judge a book by its covers. Walaupun tak baik buat camtu but that the first thing we see before the inside. Looks does give some impression to us... kalaupun tak banyak... sikit pun mesti kita akan buat judgment from the outer look of someone.

I told jehan (my bestfriend since school) that shana (my bestfriend since 'U') pernah kenen2kan her cousin to me tapi tak jadi pun. And today the guy dah pun bernikah. So, jehan kata... "kalau awak terus kawan ngan dia, mesti awak dah kahwin." Hahahah! Maybe kot! So, shana'... tak de rezki nak bersedara ngan awak... but still we were meant to be bestfriends for ever... awak pun jehan! Lucky to have both of you as my bestfriends. Bila korang kahwin nanti tak tahu camne ek... heheh!

Tak perasan adik ku dah komplen

Oleh kerana saya ni amat tak pandai mengarang... tu sebabnya tak pernah tulis pape kat sini. Bukak pun jarang. Rerupanya adikku dah komplen since october 2004 kenapa saya tak pernah mengupdatekan blog ni.

Dua tiga minggu banyak kengkawan yang kahwin. Sampai tak tahu mana yang nak pergi. Minggu ni my school friend akan kahwin. Last week pun ada actually tapi tak dapat pergi di atas sebab-sebab yang tak dapat dielakkan. Anyways... Congratulations la kepada yang dah bertukar status tu!!!

Just yesterday I said to my brother... maybe dia yang akan kahwin dulu before me and my younger sister. And I asked my mom kalau adik lelaki kahwin dulu leh tak kakak2nya dapat hadiah sebab langkah bendul... and bad news to us... tak dapat! Kalau perempuan yang langkah bendul baru dapat. We were both soooooo tak puas hati. (as if memang betul my brother akan kahwin dulu... FYI he's just 20)

Apapun... kalau syahida kahwin dulu... agaknya dunia nak kiamat kot... hahahaha! (Sorry dik...!)
